The Aquatis Hotel is the largest hotel and conference center of its kind in the region.
Fully accessible by public transport, group bus or private vehicle, our establishment is ideally located for conferences and meetings.
Unique in its capacity, the conference center comprises a 300-seat convention hall, several seminar rooms and modular meeting rooms, for a total space of over 620m2.

Seminar rooms
The Aquatis Hotel features:
- 1 congress hall (300 seats), which can be divided into 2 conference rooms
- 2 seminar rooms that can be divided into 4 rooms (from 50 to 120 places)
- 3 meeting rooms (6 to 60 places)
A total of 12 conference rooms are available to meet your needs, whether in terms of size or equipment. All our conference rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Our certification as a Conference Hotel by HotellerieSuisse means that our establishment has all the infrastructure and services required to organize large-scale events.

Team Building activities
We will be happy to offer you a range of team-building activities:
- A visit to Switzerland's largest Aquarium-Vivarium, which can be booked for the evening.
- Use of a pool table and table soccer to organize a tournament between colleagues.
- Creative workshops offered by Ateliers Art-Party, in the company of Marie Thuler, designer and founder of the ART'itude art school.
- The digital wall (declic-solutions.ch), a fun activity where your colleagues can have fun while building team spirit.
Access and transport
Easily accessible by car or public transport, the Aquatis Hotel is located at the Vennes metro station, linking it to the city center and lakeside in just a few minutes.
Access by car:
- Freeway A9 - exit n°10 Lausanne-Vennes, take Route de Berne towards Moudon/Epalinges, then follow P+R Vennes. Parking in the P+R Vennes indoor parking lot is paid for directly at the cash desk in the parking lot.
Access by public transport:
- From Lausanne SBB station, take the underpass and then the metro M2 (direction Croisettes) - Vennes stop. The journey takes about 10 minutes.
